The factors that affect air permeability are the base fabric structure, density, material, type of waterproof finishing agent, and resin adhesion. 3. Elongated leather and dimensional stability: As eaves tents and large tents, they are often used under tension. The elongation of the fabric should not be too large, and its dimensional stability is determined by the creep characteristics of the material.
4. Tear strength: The tarpaulin damage is mainly caused by tearing, so the tear strength is an important indicator of tarpaulin. The tear strength is related to whether the tarpaulin will be broken due to the action of foreign objects or for some reason to expand around after forming a hole, forming a large structural crack. Therefore, when the tension is high. Both high tensile strength and high tear strength of the tarpaulin are required.
Water resistance: Water resistance is an important characteristic of tarpaulin. Through dipping and finishing, vinyl chloride resin is filled in the gaps of the fabric structure to form a coating film. If the resin adhesion amount per unit area exceeds a certain level, water resistance is not a problem.
